DefectiveBatteryCountry guarantees all of our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated beside the product on our website. Abuse, misuse, improper charging, improper insertion into a device, or use in a device that the product was not purchased for will void all product warranties and guarantees. If the product is a NiCd, Nickel Cadmium, NiMH, Nickel Metal Hydride, or LiIon, Lithium Ion battery, Click Here to view our Battery Tips that may help you determine if the battery is truly defective. If your battery is in the list above and you have followed the Battery Tips and you still believe that the battery is defective,
Problem Product Policy
First and second time problem
Within the warranty period, if you believe that our product is defective, once you contact us, we will do your choice of one of the following:
Third time problem
It is highly unlikely that three of the same product are defective because of the product itself. At this point, we believe there to be some other problem. Therefore, the third time that within the warranty period, you believe that our product is defective, once you contact us, We will issue an RMA# and send you a return label. Follow the instructions on the note that we send with the return label. Once we receive our product back we will issue a refund for the price that was paid for the product, but not the shipping.
If we do not receive our products back due to loss or damage during shipping and if the RMA # is not on the outside AND on a large (minimum of 3 inch x 3 inch) note on the inside, we will not issue any refund.
