Not SatisfiedIf you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased from BatteryCountry, for any reason other than a Defective or Incorrect product, Contact Us and we give you a Return Authorization # and have you ship the product back to us along with a copy of the original receipt*. Then, when we receive it, if** it is in un-used, un-opened, saleable condition, we will issue you a full refund for the original product price less a $5.00 restocking fee. *If a copy of the original receipt is not enclosed, it may delay or prevent us from being able to process your refund or exchange. ** If the product has been used or is returned with dirty, torn or missing labels, wrapping, packaging, etc, you may be subject to a repackaging fee or it may delay or prevent us from being able to process your refund altogether. When deciding which way to ship a product back to us, please note that we will not issue a refund for the original shipping price or for the return shipping and that we DO NOT accept COD’s.
