In most cases we can rebuild your lithium-ion, NIMH or NICD battery. We can replace the old battery cells with new ones and warranty them for one year. The typical turn around time on a rebuild (either AC adapter or battery) is two weeks (not including time for mailing the battery).

Sometimes when we rebuild a battery or AC adapter, we discover a bad circuit board. In this situation we cannot make your old AC adapter or battery new again. If a bad circuit board is discovered, your product will be returned to you. You will be charged a shipping and handling fee: $15.00 for our US customers.

If we can rebuild your AC adapter or battery there will be a standard charge for shipping and handling. We can only replace your laptop battery cells with cells of the same chemistry. (We can’t replace lithium-ion cells for NICD or NIMH)
