BatteryCountry is open Monday through Friday all year long with the exception of New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. All orders for in stock merchandise that are received by 2 P.M. Eastern Standard Time on the days that we are open will be shipped the same day.

Orders for in stock merchandise that are received after 2 P.M. Eastern Standard Time or when we are closed will be shipped the next businessday that we are open.

All orders for out of stock merchandise that are received by 2 P.M. Eastern Standard Time on the days that we are open will be replied to the same day for the customers input on how they would like us to handle the order.
